Job Summary

The Fulfillment Coordinator is responsible for all tasks related to inventory control, including tracking inventory within the support center, field operations, and performing field audits to ensure accuracy. In this role, you will assemble and inspect product parts, maintain machinery, and ensure a clean and safe workspace. Our ideal candidate has experience with machinery and is familiar with the manufacturing process from raw material to finished product. This position also adheres to production quotas and completes cleaning activities at the end of each shift. Additionally, you may use warehouse equipment like forklifts to organize and retrieve products ahead of shipments.

Essential Job Duties

  • Accurately record incoming products into the inventory control system.
  • Perform daily, end-of-month, end-of-quarter, cycle, and physical counts of inventory.
  • Develop solutions to specific problem areas.
  • Ensure ongoing inventory accuracy and compliance with inventory processes and procedures.
  • Procure and source OE tools, equipment, laptops, and all necessary components for business.
  • Perform cycle counts and adjustments; resolve BOMs to ensure material accuracy.
  • Assist with audits and physical inventories as needed.
  • Provide general support to the Fulfillment Manager, Purchaser, Shipping and Receiving, ADAS Rollout, and Training.
  • Monitor and ensure the quality of products meets specified standards.
  • Coordinate and supervise the production process from start to finish, ensuring quality and efficiency.
  • Manage inventory levels and schedule production runs to meet customer demands.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
  • Operate production line equipment, including filling equipment.
  • Monitor the production process and carry out basic testing and quality checks.
  • Pack goods ready for shipment.
  • Operate and maintain machinery and production line equipment.
  • Work on the production line and meet production targets.
  • Move materials or completed products and packages to established locations.
  • Complete all other projects as assigned by the Fulfillment Manager.
  • Demonstrate company culture and core values.
  • Perform other duties as required.

Skills/Requirements

  • 3 Years of experience in Mobile Automotive Repair, tooling, and manufacturing processes.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively research and coordinate independently.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to perform manual labor.
  • Ability to lift items <50 pounds.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office 365.
  • Must have a driver’s license and be able to pass a Background Check and Motor Vehicle Record check.
